About Coach Ray Z
My life is dedicated to fitness and the competitive spirit of sports. As the founder of The Barefoot Arts, my mission is to motivate you to embrace a healthy lifestyle and push past your perceived limits using a foundation of real world experience. I have completed 70 marathons, hold a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu, and have competed in Nike 3 on 3 basketball tournaments. These achievements provide the grit and knowledge I bring to my coaching and my community every day. Beyond training, I host Athletic Definition, exploring fitness technology and interviewing elite athletes on the drive behind their success. Whether you are a dedicated athlete or just starting out, I provide the strength and insight needed to lead a life defined by health and action.
