I offer focused private coaching and specialized community events designed to help you reclaim your natural strength from the ground up. Every session is an opportunity to restore the freedom and stability your footwear has taken away.

Rule #1 Lose the shoes

Stripping away the shoes removes the barrier between yourself and the earth. We spend the majority of our days confined in footwear, but even one hour spent barefoot can be immensely beneficial for your body. It creates a direct connection that blends grounding, sensory awareness, and the skill of movement into a single practice. This is the essence of the Barefoot Arts an intentional way to move that allows you to reclaim your natural strength from the ground up.
